2. Reservations & Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance online or by phone.
Accurate pickup details, flight information, and contact numbers are required.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
3. Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Full payment or valid card authorization is required at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or extra stops.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is allowed if canceled 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee.
No-shows are charged the full fare.
5. Delays & Waiting Time
Airport pickups include free waiting time of up to 30 minutes after flight arrival.
Additional waiting time is billed per 15-minute increments.
We monitor flight schedules but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
6. Passenger Conduct
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns.
7. Liability
CT Airport Car Service is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure timely airport arrivals.
8. Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept confidential and secure. We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
